Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Logistics Procurement Manager for North America to own end-to-end logistics procurement across the region. This role reports into the Procurement function and manages approximately €120+ million in spend while coordinating with Customer Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• 7-10 years of procurement or supply-chain experience.
• Experience managing logistics categories in large organizations, including transportation, warehousing, pallets, ocean and air freight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America Logistics Procurement team (3 FTEs incl. this Manager) and manage approx. €120+ million spend.
• Own end-to-end logistics procurement across North America with integrated sourcing and supplier plans.
• Develop multi-year regional procurement strategies aligned with global direction balancing cost, service, resilience and sustainability.
• Lead tenders, negotiations, contracting and supplier selection using cost models and total-cost analysis.
• Own supplier relationship, performance and risk management with contractual standards.
• Partner with operations, finance, legal and factories to integrate procurement into network design and decisions.
• Build value through digital logistics pipelines, analytics, and technology-enabled procurement.
