• 4–6 years selling ServiceNow solutions or competing SaaS to media/entertainment clients.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships with CIO/COO/CFO within target accounts.
• Experience selling consulting and advisory services, not only licenses.
• Familiarity with post‑merger integration and technology consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory plans across defined media accounts on the East Coast.
• Develop relationships with executive buyers (CIO/COO/CFO/CDO) in target companies.
• Lead account strategy with cross-functional teams across Solutions Consultants and partners.
• Position ServiceNow and AI-enabled workflows for rights management, production, and content supply chain.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver biweekly forecasts.
• Stay current on platform developments and industry trends.
