Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an Account Executive focused on Media to drive new business across broadcast, streaming, publishing, and entertainment clients on the East Coast. You will position ServiceNow as a platform for operational scale amid industry change and integration activity.

You will build pipelines, develop executive relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to close strategic deals with media buyers and publishers. This role requires travel and deep sector knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years selling ServiceNow solutions or competing SaaS in media/entertainment.
• Existing relationships with technology buyers at media companies.
• Experience selling consulting and advisory services in addition to licenses.
• Familiarity with post-merger integration and consolidation decisions.
• Experience positioning AI and agentic workflows to operations.
• Proven pipeline builder from scratch.
• Able to manage multiple sales cycles from qualification to close.
• East Coast based; willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory plans across media accounts.
• Develop relationships with executive buyers—CIO, COO, CFO, CDO.
• Lead account strategy by mapping stakeholder relationships and coordinating a virtual team across Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Customer Success, and Alliance partners.
• Position ServiceNow and AI-enabled workflow solutions for media-specific operating challenges.
• Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and deliver accurate biweekly forecasts.
• Monitor competitive landscape, market conditions, and platform developments for media.
• Act as a sector SME, staying current on capabilities, industry trends, and client priorities.
