Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an Account Executive focused on Media to drive new business across broadcast, streaming, publishing, and entertainment companies navigating significant structural change. Your territory will be anchored on the East Coast, and you will build a robust pipeline while engaging executive buyers to position ServiceNow as a platform for operational scale.

You will partner with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Alliance partners to deliver AI-enabled workflow solutions

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years selling ServiceNow solutions in media, entertainment, or adjacent sectors.
• Existing relationships with technology buyers at media companies (broadcast, streaming, publishing, or entertainment).
• Experience selling consulting and advisory services, not just software licenses.
• Familiarity with post-merger integration dynamics and technology consolidation decisions.
• Experience positioning AI and agentic workflows to drive operational outcomes.
• Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch and managing multiple sales cycles from qualification to close.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory plans across defined media accounts and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Develop relationships with executive buyers (CIO, COO, CFO, CDO)
• Lead account strategy by coordinating a virtual team across Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Customer Success, and Alliance partners
• Position ServiceNow and AI-enabled workflows to address media-specific operating challenges like rights management and content supply chains
• Deliver biweekly forecasts to sales leadership and monitor market developments relevant to media
• Travel on the East Coast as needed to visit client sites
