Qualifications

• 4–6 years selling ServiceNow or competing SaaS in media/entertainment.
• Existing relationships with technology buyers in media, streaming, publishing or entertainment.
• Experience selling consulting and advisory services, not just licenses.
• Familiarity with post-merger integration dynamics and tech consolidation.
• Experience with AI and agentic workflow positioning.
• Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch and managing multiple cycles.
• East Coast based; willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory plans across defined media accounts.
• Develop relationships with CIO, COO, CFO, and CDO executives.
• Lead account strategy by mapping stakeholders and coordinating a virtual team.
• Position ServiceNow and AI-enabled workflows for media-specific challenges.
• Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and biweekly forecasts.
• Monitor competitive landscape and platform developments in media.
• Act as a sector SME on ServiceNow capabilities and industry trends.
