Regal Rexnord is seeking a Materials leader to manage purchasing, production scheduling, inventory control and global sourcing. You will requisition materials, set delivery dates, verify material conformance and support production scheduling to meet on-time delivery and KPIs.

The role requires 5 years in materials management in manufacturing, APICS CPIM/CPM certifications preferred, and experience with ERP/MRP and lean techniques like Kanban.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Materials Management Experience in a manufacturing environment (Purchasing, Planner/Scheduler, Planner/Buyer, or Master Scheduler).
• APICS CPIM/CPM certifications preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools (lean manufacturing, rate-based planning, Kanban replenishment).

Responsabilités

• Manage the purchasing and inventory control functions to meet on-time delivery goals and other company metrics.
• Requisition materials and establish delivery dates according to job priorities and material availability.
• Verify conformance of material to specifications and compute material requirements for job orders.
• Maintain records in ERP/MRP system and support production scheduling on material flow issues.
• Lead larger buying/planning orders using cost-effective practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Manufacturing on new product development and related projects.
