TC Energy is seeking a Material Coordinator to provide end-to-end material coordination across the project lifecycle, partnering with PM, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction to plan material requirements, coordinate procurement, monitor status, and resolve delivery issues.

You will manage material requests, SAP processes, BOM reviews, supplier submittals, expediting, and field documentation to keep delivery on schedule and ensure safe, efficient project execution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and related experience in materials management or construction.
• Ability to lead and mentor teammates and work independently in a large organization.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and other technical documents.
• Familiarity with SAP, SharePoint and Power BI is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end material management across the project lifecycle with multiple stakeholders.
• Review BOMs, prepare MRFs, and convert approvals into SAP requisitions.
• Monitor material status, expedites, and resolve delivery issues to meet schedules.
• Submit vendor submittals for approval and route to Document Controller as needed.
• Maintain Material Status Reports and communicate risks to the Project Manager.
• Provide field teams with relevant documentation and ensure material receipt and logging.
