Job summary

TC Energy Corp. seeks a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers by coordinating scope, timelines, and deliverables. The role aligns with governance standards, tracks performance, and helps manage cost, risk, and schedule across the project lifecycle.

The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication, and proficiency in MS Office; PowerBI is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 0–4 years of related experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• 0-4 years of project coordination, project controls, project management, construction, engineering, operations, or related experience.
• Experience with project management, costing, and scheduling concepts and practices.
• Effective written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to support the PM in executing scope of work.
• Develop, update and maintain the Project Execution Plan and Roadmap.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, execution and reporting per the Project Delivery Standard.
• Incorporate changes in scope and cost into cost tracking and forecasting.
• Facilitate meetings and prepare weekly status reports and meeting minutes.
