Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage end-to-end material coordination across the project lifecycle. You will partner with Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to plan requirements, monitor delivery, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires a technical degree and 8+ years in materials or construction management, with strong attention to drawings and BOMs. A hybrid work model is offered across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 8+ years' experience in materials management, project management, or construction management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and other technical documents.
• Experience with SAP, SharePoint and Power BI is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end materials across the project lifecycle.
• Review BOMs with Project Engineer to identify TC-supplied materials.
• Prepare Material Request Forms and convert approved MRFs to SAP requisitions.
• Monitor material status and delivery risks with Expeditor and Project Manager.
• Create SAP reservations and manage Goods Receipts for items.
