Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an experienced Material Coordinator to drive end-to-end coordination of project materials from design through commissioning. The role partners with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction to plan material requirements, monitor status, and resolve delivery issues, ensuring materials are available on time for safe, efficient execution.

The position involves managing MRFs, SAP requisitions, vendor submittals, and integration with Warehouse and Expediting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 8+ years of materials management, project management, or construction management experience required.
• Ability to provide leadership an and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end material requirements across the project lifecycle.
• Review BOM and facilitate material procurement with stakeholders.
• Prepare and process Material Request Forms (MRFs) and SAP requisitions.
• Monitor material status, deliveries, and issue resolution with Supply Chain and Expediting.
• Maintain accurate Goods Receipts and requisitions aligned with project schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Construction teams to meet RS dates.
