Resolve material discrepancies involving quantities, quality, or supporting documentation within the applicable functional groups. Work with Expeditors to anticipate material issues, including late deliveries, shortages, or damage, and develop and execute recovery plans. Ensure supplier and fabricator deliveries are expedited on a predetermined schedule so required-at-site (RAS) dates are met. Instruct the Warehouse to release and issue materials to the Fabricator, from the Fabricator to the site or laydown yard, and ultimately to the Construction Contractor.
