Job summary

RTX is seeking a Materials Program Manager in Tucson, AZ, to lead Global Supply Chain Management activities for the Naval Standard Missile Systems production portfolio. You will serve as the interface between Supply Chain and Program teams to ensure contracted deliverables are met.

The role focuses on developing material strategies, forecasting, supplier health, and cross-functional collaboration across quality, engineering, and operations to meet aggressive delivery schedules, while advancing

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree with related experience.
• Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams.
• Material forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive processes to successful completion in support of aggressive delivery schedules.
• Increase operational efficiencies to ensure program success.
• Operate independently, escalate when needed.
• Handle strategic and tactical tasks.
• Influence decisions of other program leaders.
• Work in a cross-functional team environment (quality, engineering, operations).
• Manage multiple conflicting priorities with supplier managers.
