Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Senior Manager, Material Program Manager (MPM) for the NSMS Development portfolio to support critical development contracts. The role is onsite in Tucson, AZ, and focuses on executing material strategies that enable warfighter readiness.

You will lead a team of three, coordinate with IPTs, and manage supplier negotiations, MRP scheduling, and EACs while ensuring FAR/ITAR compliance and program cost/schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ten years of material requirements planning (MRP) processes.
• Subcontract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Material Strategies with cross‑functional teams to meet program objectives.
• Lead by influence in a matrixed organization.
• Brief program and leadership on supply chain status and risk mitigation plans.
