Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) for the AIM‑9X program in Tucson, Arizona. You will own the overall supply chain for production suppliers and develop strategies to fulfill material needs.

The ideal candidate should have a university degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in the field. A competitive salary between USD 107,500 and 204,500 based on qualifications is offered along with comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Professional experience with project, program, product, finance, and/or supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall supply chain for production suppliers.
• Develop and execute strategies for program material needs.
• Lead schedule conflicts to meet program objectives.
