Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience solving materials problems and selecting protective coatings to address material issues.
• Experience with mechanical test methods and chemical analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support M&P for program review boards (CCB, MRB, PCB, ERB).
• Ensure peer reviews align with program deliverables and One Voice prior to report distribution.
• Manage workload to meet schedule needs and provide required support to programs and M&P team.
• Lead trade studies on materials, properties, and processes; benchmark material technologies and testing methods; justify material choices.
• Present technical positions or data results to large technical audiences (e.g., MMSTN, TIG, ERB).
