Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations/Supply Chain Management for the Naval Power Shipboard Missiles program. This role leads program operations, material planning, and a team of PMMs/MPMs, driving cross-functional execution and strategic material decisions.

The candidate will collaborate across IPTs, management, and external partners, with a focus on long-range planning, EAC reviews and risk management. Remote US role with potential travel.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7–10 years in program operations or supply-chain management.
• Experience as a CAM with Earned Value.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance required on day 1.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Program Management, IPTs, Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Procurement to ensure supplier/factory management and program support.
• Lead long-range planning, AOP, quarterly EAC reviews, material forecasting, budget targets, and risk & opportunity management.
• Support customer proposals and gate reviews.
• Develop and execute material strategies aligned with customer requirements and program objectives.
• Resolve issues/conflicts within and between organizations and with suppliers or customers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Lead a team of 5–8 MPMs/POMs.
