Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated supply plans and master production schedules balancing customer service, inventory investment, manufacturing capability and cost.
• Lead the Supply Review process within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework, including strategy development and gap closure actions.
• Partner with Demand Planning to align forecasts with supply capabilities and business objectives.
• Lead inventory optimization to improve service levels, working capital and inventory health.
• Establish inventory targets and planning strategies, reducing excess and obsolescence while maintaining service.
• Evaluate capacity requirements across internal and external manufacturing partners; mitigate risks to ensure supply continuity.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and oversee cross-functional efforts to address supply constraints and shortages.
• Monitor performance against supply plans and collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance to ensure alignment.
