Abbott is seeking a Manager, Integrated Business Planning to lead the end-to-end IBP process across the business unit, partnering with senior leaders to translate demand, supply, and financial plans into executable actions.

The role requires deep experience in IBP/S&OP, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence across functions. Location is on-site in Lake Forest, with a focus on forecast accuracy and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial Operations, Strategy, or related business disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting executive-level decision making and strategic planning processes.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning process across the business unit.
• Establish governance structures, planning calendars, performance metrics, and executive review processes.
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range business plans.
• Drive proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of business risks and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and support senior leadership in decision making.
