Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Master Scheduling, material planning, purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience in SAP MM/PP/SD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare short- and long-term Master Production Schedules to align with production goals.
• Develop rough-cut capacity plans and coordinate with PM and sales for orders.
• Collaborate with Procurement to align supply within capacity limits.
• Monitor WIP and release production orders in SAP; ensure material availability.
• Track schedule adherence with Material Planner to avoid delays.
• Coordinate BOM availability with PM/engineering.
• Identify root causes of deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Lead process improvements using digital tools and analytics; optimize inventory.
• Assess inventory impact and feed WIP rationalization into ICBK.
