Abbott in Madison, WI is seeking a Master Scheduler / Supply Planning Manager to coordinate integrated supply plans across products to ensure optimal service, inventory, and financial results. You will lead IBP-driven supply strategies and partner with Demand Planning to align demand with supply capabilities.

The role oversees inventory optimization, capacity planning, and risk management across internal and external manufacturing partners, delivering data-driven insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, master scheduling, inventory management, or related.
• Experience with IBP/S&OP or related planning processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems and contract manufacturers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated supply plans and master production schedules balancing service, inventory, and cost.
• Lead the Supply Review process within IBP, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions.
• Partner with Demand Planning to align forecasts with supply capabilities and inventory strategies.
• Own inventory targets and optimization, including distressed inventory projections and working capital optimization.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial.
