Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing demand planning for complex/high-volume products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the country where the role is performed; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains demand forecasts for assigned portfolios by analyzing historical data and inputs.
• Defin es forecasting approaches, assumptions, and governance; participates in demand review discussions.
• Engages cross-functional stakeholders to clarify demand drivers and align forecasts with business needs.
• Conducts demand scenario analysis and risk assessment for new product introductions and lifecycle changes.
• Collaborates with Supply Planning to ensure feasible demand plans reflecting capacity and inventory constraints.
• Monitors forecast accuracy and KPIs; identifies trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Delivers demand insights and updates to cross-functional teams and leadership.
