• 3+ years Lean/Operational Flow optimization and monitoring experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain and improve bespoke flow diagrams and Lean solutions for Labs.
• Lead Lean or Flow transformation projects as assigned.
• Supervise master schedular staff across multiple product lines.
• Develop scorecards and KPIs to track Lean adherence and results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain operational performance.
