• Develop sales and promotional campaigns aligned with brand objectives and regional growth goals.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors to maximize expertise while controlling costs.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, R&D allocations, and return on investment of marketing tactics.
• Advocate Columbia brand messaging and foster a culture of brand ownership across the company.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and complete required training.
