Job summary

Columbia Bank in Tacoma is seeking a Senior Loan Servicing Manager to lead a team ensuring accurate daily operations and high customer service. You will design and implement policies, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across loan operations.

Responsibilities include vendor oversight, regulatory compliance, staff development, and performance assessments, with onsite leadership at our Tacoma location. A decade of lending/operational experience and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive lending industry or bank operations experience.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
• Proven abilities in process improvement and project management.
• Knowledge of loan policies, regulations, and risk controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
