The role emphasizes strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of banking products and services. Travel is occasionally required, and the position is fully onsite in Tacoma.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of marketing, strategy development, project management, or brand management experience required.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Advanced project management and matrix management oversight skills.
• Ability to establish processes and timelines for complex campaigns.
• Experience developing advertising and media recommendations across traditional and non-traditional channels.

Responsabilités

• Develop innovative, cross-functional marketing programs and campaigns to elevate brand and drive demand.
• Oversee multiple marketing projects for assigned lines of business or brand programs.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies and vendors to optimize reach and costs.
