Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations leader in Seattle. You will guide the annual strategy and operating plan in partnership with the CMO and Marketing leadership, aligning resources to achieve must-us-wins.

You will define cross-functional OKRs, build data-driven reporting, and drive strategic programs using an AI-first approach. This role involves partnering with Finance, GTM, and Corporate Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in consulting, strategy and operations with both business and technical exposure.
• Experience working in cross-functional settings spanning strategy, analysis and operations in fast-paced environments.
• Critical, first-principles thinking and the ability to focus on core questions.
• Passion for digging into data to diagnose issues and drive solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leaders across teams.
• Ability to execute with minimal guidance amid ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual strategic plan and operating plan with marketing leadership to define must-wins and allocate resources.
• Define critical OKRs with transparent, data-driven accountability for Stripe leadership.
• Quarterback agile, automated reporting to manage OKRs.
• Run core rhythms of the business for the CMO, ensuring timely focus and strategy shifts.
• Lead content for monthly/quarterly reviews with Finance, GTM and Corporate Operations.
• Use data to tell compelling stories and align on wins and focus areas.
• Leverage an AI-first approach to automate marketing reporting.
• Independently scope and lead strategic programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bring clarity to ambiguity, distill insights, and empower teams to act decisively.
• Drive analysis to inform Stripe’s long-term strategy and high-impact decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to accelerate progress.
