Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a senior Strategy & Operations leader to drive the annual strategic plan with the CMO and marketing leadership. You will define OKRs, build data-driven reporting processes, and guide cross-functional programs across Marketing, Self-serve, Startup and Sales Development.

You will lead with analytical rigor, distill insight from data, and prototype AI-driven improvements to marketing reporting. This role reports to senior leadership and is based in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, strategy and operations, with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership.
• Ability to execute with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual strategic and operating plans with leadership.
• Define critical OKRs and data-driven accountability.
• Lead agile, data-driven OKR reporting process.
• Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with cross-functional partners.
• Use data to tell stories and align on focus areas.
• Apply AI-first approach to automate marketing reporting.
