Stripe is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations professional to partner with Sales leaders in shaping go-to-market design, resource planning, and quota management. You’ll drive planning cycles, build robust analytics, and lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of sales strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in related roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong business acumen and distinctive problem solving and analysis skills.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills including financial modeling.
• Experience working with large data sets and creating scalable reports/dashboards.
• Stakeholder management with strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategy, resource plan and key performance metrics.
• Create and manage operational processes such as territory planning and target setting.
• Analyze system and operational issues across the organization.
• Develop initiatives to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity.
• Drive rhythm of business through forecasting, monthly/quarterly business reviews with rigorous ops discipline.
• Provide insights on KPIs and help leadership make strategic decisions.
• Lead critical projects with cross-functional alignment and detailed project milestones.
• Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools with internal teams.
