Job summary

Stripe is seeking a strategic leader for Sales Strategy and Operations in the US. The role partners with senior Sales leadership to design go-to-market models, resource plans, and quota frameworks for the mid-market; you will drive forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Strategy, and Product.

You will collaborate with global teams to streamline processes, deliver monthly business reviews, and insights that inform executive decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales strategy and operations or related analytics roles.
• Strong business acumen and structured problem solving.
• Advanced SQL and Excel with financial modelling experience.
• Experience with large data sets and scalable dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to design GTM strategy and metrics.
• Create and manage operational processes such as territory planning and target setting.
• Analyze system and operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve sales team efficiency and productivity.
• Drive forecasting, pipeline reviews, and monthly/quarterly business reviews with rigor.
• Provide insights to inform leadership decisions and strategic priorities.
