Stripe is seeking a Strategy & Operations leader for the Global GTM Operations team in San Francisco. You will shape go-to-market design, drive planning cadences, and deliver insights via dashboards in partnership with Sales and Finance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional execution in a fast-growing environment. The position supports hybrid/remote work, with a focus on strategic initiatives, quarterly goals, and measurable outcomes to accelerate revenue growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or related operational roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills including financial modelling.
• Experience working with large data sets and building scalable dashboards or analyses.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work under pressure.
• Clear, proactive, concise communication and collaboration.
• Roll up your sleeves mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architecture and cross-functional stakeholders on go-to-market strategy and metrics.
• Create and manage operational processes like territory planning and quarterly compensation.
• Analyze system and operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Develop initiatives to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
• Lead rhythm of business with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and insights.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decisions.
• Lead projects with detailed milestones and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools.
