Zusammenfassung

Axos Bank is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the Digital Marketing team with administrative and operational tasks. This role serves as the backbone for a fast-moving team, handling calendars, budgets, documentation, and cross-team coordination.

The ideal candidate has strong executive/administrative experience, excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills, and is comfortable in a corporate marketing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative coordinator, or operations support role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through; managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (formatting, tracking, presentation-ready output).
• Experience with project management/workflow tools (Workfront, Asana, or equivalent).
• High discretion and professionalism with confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Administrative & Operational Support.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, PO management, and financial record-keeping.
• Own team process documentation, ensuring workflows are current and compliant with risk controls.
• Track budgets against plan and flag variances for team leads.
• Organize and archive files and assets to support compliance, audit reviews, and team accessibility.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Vendor & Project Coordination: serve as a point of contact for vendors and agency partners.
• Manage project workflows in Workfront or equivalent tools, tracking progress and flagging risks or delays.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across functional teams supporting marketing campaigns.
• Reporting & Documentation: compile and format recurring reporting packages.
• Maintain shared trackers and dashboards; prepare polished PowerPoint materials for leadership meetings.
