Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the Digital Marketing team with administrative duties, budgets, and cross-team coordination. This role serves as the operational backbone for a fast-moving marketing function.

You will manage invoices, vendor coordination, and reporting, while maintaining compliant processes and documentation. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with 2+ years in similar roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination or operations support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; capable of producing presentation-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Digital Marketing team.
• Manage invoices, expenses, PO processing, and financial record-keeping.
• Track budgets and flag variances for team leads.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across marketing campaigns.
• Prepare polished PowerPoint materials and briefing documents for leadership meetings.
