Axos Bank is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the Digital Marketing team with administrative and operational duties. This role is the backbone for a fast-moving team, handling schedules, budgets, documentation, and cross-team coordination.

This position is ideal for someone with strong executive assistance experience who wants to apply those skills within a corporate marketing function. A blend of process discipline and collaborative mindset will thrive here.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 2+ years in an administrative coordinator or operations support role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (formatting, tracking, presentation-ready output).
• Experience with Workfront, Asana or equivalent project management tools.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
• Marketing, financial services, or regulated-industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, PO management, and financial record-keeping
• Own team process documentation, ensuring workflows are current and compliant with risk controls
• Track budgets against plan and flag variances for team leads
• Organize and archive files and assets to support compliance, audit reviews and team accessibility
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and agency partners on logistics, invoicing, and deliverable tracking
• Manage project workflows in Workfront or equivalent tools, tracking progress and flagging risks or delays
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across functional teams supporting marketing campaigns
• Compile and format recurring reporting packages and maintain trackers and dashboards
• Prepare polished PowerPoint materials and briefing documents for leadership meetings
