Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the integrated Enterprise Marketing organization. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, audience strategy, performance reporting, and marketing operations.

The Marketing Coordinator will work cross-functionally with teams spanning digital marketing, brand, demand generation, segment strategy, and analytics, requiring analytical rigor and clear communication to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing coordination or related experience.
• Exposure to paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with audience targeting, segmentation, and A/B testing concepts.
• Experience with project management tools (Workfront) and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and video.
• Plan, traffic, and execute project timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain assets and ensure brand compliance and audit readiness.
• Analyze campaign performance and contribute to dashboards and reports.
