Axos Bank is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support cross-functional marketing campaigns across channels, with emphasis on structured execution and measurable impact. You will collaborate with digital marketing, brand, demand generation, and analytics teams to drive performance and reporting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with paid media platforms, and experience in using Workfront and Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Exposure to paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) preferred; hands-on experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data summaries) and PowerPoint (business presentations).

Responsabilités

• Campaign Execution & Coordination: Support planning, trafficking, and execution of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and video.
• Audience Strategy & Testing Support: Assist in planning and execution of A/B and multivariate tests; manage audience lists and segmentation.
• Performance Reporting & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance, maintain dashboards, and present data-driven recommendations.
• Marketing Operations & Administration: Handle invoices, expenses, process documentation, and asset archiving.
