Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and enhance marketing programs across the company. The role includes producing RFP/RFQ responses, drafting content, coordinating marketing materials, and assisting in business development initiatives.

You will work with project managers and marketing staff to meet client needs and deadlines. The ideal candidate will handle multiple projects, write and edit proposals, and help track opportunities while staying current with marketing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline preferred.
Two or more years of similar marketing experience or directly related content development experience.
Familiarity with FDOT and Florida entities is beneficial.
Experience in traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media.
Knowledge of CMS and CRM tools; working knowledge of design and email software.
AEC industry experience desired.

Responsibilities

Organize and manage the production of RFP/RFQ responses and presentations.
Review RFP/RFQ and client needs; draft outline of criteria and responsibilities.
Produce proposal content and edit sections; lead quality review meetings.
Research clients and competition; identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate marketing documents, websites content, and marketing strategy.
Support and coordinate firm marketing and business development activities.
