Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator in Los Angeles to craft messages across print and digital channels, and to edit content for brand consistency. You will manage CRM and timekeeping tasks, and support campaigns and trade shows.

The role requires strong writing, research, and collaboration with designers and the marketing team to drive project deadlines and communications initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations and 3 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Prior experience in corporate content creation, Social Media, and other creative content development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write messages through various content types including print collateral, website content, brochures, publications, product descriptions, press releases, announcements, and other forms of marketing.
• Copyedit content for spelling, grammar, syntax, and punctuation to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Work closely with designers and marketing team members to update and amend written content according to feedback.
• Conduct research, monitor marketing trends and support competitive marketing campaigns.
• Maintain marketing database and photo library, and filing systems for documents.
• Handle daily administrative items in Salesforce CRM and timekeeping platforms.
• Provide marketing project and tradeshow support.
• Provide customer service and sales support as needed.
