Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support proposal development, business development operations, and client onboarding coordination, improving efficiency and ensuring smooth transitions from sales to implementation.

Working with the Sales Operations Manager, you will prepare and submit proposals, coordinate internal workflows, track onboarding activities, and facilitate cross-functional communication using RFPIO, SharePoint, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating RFP responses and onboarding processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with CRM and proposal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support development and timely submission of RFPs, RFQs, and proposals.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, track onboarding milestones and meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and proposal/onboarding documentation.
