Job summary

Marquette Associates, Inc. is seeking an RFP Project Coordinator to support business development and marketing through RFPs, questionnaires, and prospect materials.

You will manage timelines, draft responses, coordinate with internal experts, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and collaborates daily with the Marketing team across the firm to maintain accurate content, support proposals, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in an RFP role; financial services experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management of RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires, marketing initiatives, and follow-up communications.
• Draft, edit, and tailor responses to address prospect questions and submission requirements.
• Create and format tables, charts, graphs, exhibits, and other materials for RFP responses.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather information for responses.
• Review final materials for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and compliance.
• Ensure messaging, brand standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control.
• Respond to prospect follow-up questions and coordinate additional information after submission.
• Maintain and improve the internal RFP content library; coordinate updates with owners.
• Use approved AI technology to support drafting and editing with human oversight.
• Participate in team and firm projects and provide additional marketing support as requested.
