ALSAC seeks a Sr Director of Marketing Analytics and Data Science to drive measurement strategies across channels and optimize marketing spend. You will lead a team of data scientists and analysts, ensuring analytics capabilities inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include owning MMM/MTA, partnering with Finance and Brand Marketing, and delivering real-time dashboards for leadership. Memphis preference, with strong U.S. location options.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in marketing analytics or data science.
• 5+ years in leadership within a large matrixed org.
• Experience managing teams and budgets of $2M+ preferred.
• Technical proficiency in MMM (required) and MTA (preferred).
• Advanced skills in GA, SQL, Python, R; familiarity with Tableau.
• Strong track record of influencing senior executives across functions.
