Job summary

Meyocks in West Des Moines, IA seeks an Account Manager to build client relationships and coordinate marketing campaigns across channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable results.

You will help manage budgets, provide performance updates, and translate client feedback into actionable steps while maintaining schedules and budgets in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within an agency setting.
• Experience in retail, grocery, food and beverage, or CPG preferred.
• Experience using project management software (Asana preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and delivering measurable results.
• Assist in development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.
• Provide clients with regular updates on project status and campaign performance.
• Translate client feedback into actionable next steps for internal teams.
• Schedule internal and client meetings and document action items to stay on schedule and budget.
• Draft and review client-facing materials such as reports, presentations, and campaign updates.
• Help manage budgets and timelines to keep projects on track and within scope, including monthly invoicing.
• Stay informed about client industries and market trends to offer strategic recommendations.
