Qualifications

• Account Manager: 1-3 years marketing/agency/project coordination experience
• Account Executive: 3+ years marketing/agency/client relationship experience
• Experience with cross-functional teams is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
• Help guide projects from strategy through execution
• Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and strategists
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and project documentation
• Track timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress
• Ensure work stays aligned with goals, scope, and deadlines
• Lead client meetings and translate business goals into marketing direction (for senior candidates)
