Aufgaben

• Provide advertising and marketing services to current customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, email communications, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a customer-first environment through proactive service and support for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with account executives, coordinators, and other departments to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, support revenue growth, and control expenses.
• Coordinate and collaborate on revenue-generating special sections and projects, including sales, reporting, development, execution, and follow-up activities based on product requirements and project objectives.
• Coordinate advertising orders, ad copy, ad creation, ad tracking, and related production activities.
• Review, revise, and approve customer proofs to ensure accuracy and compliance with publication deadlines.
• Process advertising orders, enter and maintain customer information, and provide related administrative support.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and conduct outbound sales and follow-up activities.
• Conduct collection efforts on past-due customer accounts and collaborate with supervisors, managers, and accounting staff to resolve outstanding balances.
• Adhere to department standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
• Participate in the Great Game of Business and support company initiatives.
• Adhere to all company safety standards, including general workplace safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
