Job summary

Underscore Marketing is seeking an Account Manager to support daily client management and ensure high-quality execution of agency deliverables. You will work with the Account Lead/Director to maintain strategic alignment, uphold account health, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

In close partnership with Project Management, you translate client priorities into clear direction for internal teams, manage day-to-day administration, and help ensure financial and operational details stay

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or advertising preferred; or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a digital advertising, media, or marketing environment.
• Experience managing day-to-day client communications and project workflows.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; comfortable juggling multiple workstreams.
• Foundational understanding of scopes, budgets, and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client needs and questions.
• Collaborate with Project Management to maintain scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support planning and execution of media and marketing deliverables.
• Develop rapport with client contacts and support senior-level discussions.
• Ensure deliverables reflect client objectives and brand standards, with proper documentation.
• Monitor client business trends and surface opportunities to leadership.
• Help maintain clear agency–client communication and transparent updates.
