Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Market Development Manager to strengthen relationships with Food Service on Premise accounts and to drive revenue growth. You will prospect new customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract compliance while supporting brand activation and community events.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, excellent service, and the ability to grow market share through targeted sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience required
• 1+ years Customer Sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities
• Performs other duties as assigned
