Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Retail Account Representative to grow the full Coca-Cola portfolio, build trust with customers, and execute promotional activities. You will ensure merchandised shelves meet company standards and Joint Business Plans are followed.

You will interact with store decision makers, manage stock and displays, rotate products for FIFO, and collaborate with merchandisers to keep shelves stocked and attractive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and PDF reader on iPhone/iPad.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with decision makers and place product orders, maintaining adequate inventory.
• Manage customer beverage sections; build displays; keep coolers stocked.
• Supervise merchandisers to align with company standards and store management.
• Rotate products to follow a first in, first out stocking system.
• Sell in additional displays and promotional items to increase sales volume.
• Follow Joint Business Plans (JBP) with Field Sales Manager.
• Maintain backroom stock areas in safe, accessible form; process credits.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
• Cover merchandising duties when necessary.
