Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Retail Account Representative to grow the Coca-Cola product portfolio at assigned stores. You will partner with store management to execute promotions, stock shelves, and maintain displays per the Joint Business Plan.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, plus weekend availability and a valid driver's license. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Must operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad devices.
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Interact with decision makers in each customer location and place product orders.
Manage and fill customer beverage sections, build displays, fill coolers and stock areas.
Supervise merchandisers to ensure displays align with company standards.
Rotate products to ensure FIFO stocking in stores.
Sell in displays and new products to increase sales volume.
Ensure Joint Business Plans are followed by Field Sales Manager and customers.
Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
Cover merchandising duties when necessary.
