Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Market Development Manager to strengthen relationships with on-premise Food Service customers and drive revenue growth. You will prospect new clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service and value.

The role emphasizes relationship building, sales growth, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support brand partnerships and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service role.
• 1+ years in customer sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations.
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base.
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership.
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service.
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What does a Market Development Manager at Swire Coca-Cola do?

Requirements

Base pay range is $70,064 - $91,959 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
