K&L Gates LLP incorporated is seeking a Market Development Senior Manager within the Global Client Growth team to lead marketing and business development for the firm's financial services and asset management practices.

You will partner with firm leaders, lawyers and events teams to design and execute industry-centric campaigns, develop content, and manage go-to-market strategies that raise visibility and generate client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of marketing, business development and/or sales experience in a professional services firm or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.
• MBA or similar graduate degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for financial services and asset management teams.
• Collaborate with lawyers and Client Growth teams to create content campaigns, marketing collateral, and events.
• Lead pipeline development and manage the key account program within the industry team.
• Coach colleagues and mentor teammates; manage budgets and cross-market initiatives.
• Represent the firm at networking events and maintain industry knowledge.
