Campbell Soup Company is seeking an Independent Distributor Partner (IDP) Engagement professional in the Clearwater area. You will build relationships with IDPs, drive sales growth, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure retailer success.

Your role requires national/local travel, data-driven insights, and strong communication to align retailers with distribution plans and promotions. This position offers growth opportunities within Campbell's extensive brand portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Build collaborative relationships with IDPs to support customer service and identify sales growth opportunities.
• Lead route consultations and business meetings to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights with IDPs and retailers.
• Coordinate inventory, logistics, and respond to retailer concerns within 24 hours.
• Use data to identify retailer needs and communicate insights to internal teams.
